Includes photographer's time & talent and professionally edited digital images for download (25 edits for Standard Sessions and 50 edits for Extended Sessions). You will receive a proofing gallery to choose your favorite images from. Once you have made your selection, I will edit your final images!

I will book several months in advance, so the sooner the better, but please try to book at a minimum 2-3 weeks in advance. If you end up needing a session last minute, shoot me a message and I can see what I have available! For maternity sessions, recommend when you are around 31-34 weeks along. This allows for a reschedule date or two, if we get rained out and have to move the session back.

Simply contact me through the “Contact” page of my website. We will nail down a date, and then I will give you instruction on completing your booking form and paying your retainer/session fee. I will provide a 5-day grace period in which I will hold your date for you while I wait for the signed booking form and retainer (50% of Session Fee). After 5 days I will open up that date for booking again, so don’t delay! Your retainer fee reserves your date on my calendar. Once that is paid and a booking form is signed, you are officially on the books! Your remaining balance is due by your session date.

If the forecast is cloudy, it actually works out perfectly! Cloudy days are my favorite and gives off beautiful lighting for the session. Often times cloudy days also end up having a pretty sunset too. If there is a high chance of rain, we will reschedule outdoor sessions, but we will not call the session until absolutely sure it will rain.

For group pictures, it’s important to coordinate outfits, but don't worry about being matchy-matchy. For individuals, pick an outfit that fits your personality and let's you shine! Solids or unobtrusive patterns usually work well, but try to stay away from busy patterns and too much solid white, if possible. Once you book your session, I can always help on suggestions of what to wear! You can always email me to discuss outfits to help you decide.

Sessions will take place at an agreed upon location. I have several locations in Kentuckiana that I love to use. I will send you location options in advance of your session, once the contract and retainer has been paid. I am also open to any suggestions on locations that you have! However, if you prefer a location that requires a photographer fee/pass, please be aware that the fee must be paid by you for the session. Locations with photographer fees must be discussed in advance to make the neccessary arrangements with the location owners.

I am a natural light photographer, so the time of day does play a huge role on how images will turn out. Lighting is very important, so I try to avoid the harsh midday light at all possible. With that I try to schedule all of my sessions in the evening. I prefer to shoot your session about 1.5 hours before sunset. This will change throughout the year, so start time will vary depending on the date of your session.

Once you receive your proofing gallery, you will favorite the top images that you want edited (25 picks for a Standard Session and 50 picks for an Extended Session)! Once you select those, you will get your digital images through an online gallery within 1-3 weeks. The sooner your choose your favorites, the sooner you will receive your final gallery! These files are yours to print them wherever and whenever you would like, but please make sure to download your images from your gallery before the expiration date.
